Warranties
We understand how much it means for our customers to have service performed right the first time. Garrison and Garrison is one of the few HVAC companies in the State of Alabama who’s entire staff of technicians are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certified.
Our service technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and they’re trained to service and repair all makes and models of HVAC systems.
Warranties on Repairs
You can rest easy when you call us to perform service on your home’s HVAC system. Garrison and Garrison warrants all repairs we perform for *two years on parts and labor. *If something we repair goes wrong within two full years of a repair we’ve made, you pay nothing more.
*Our two year warranty excludes systems that are ten years old or older. Standard manufacturer’s warranty still applies.
New System Warranties
All American Standard Comfort Systems come with a limited warranty from American Standard. When purchasing a new system, your Garrison & Garrison representative will go over your new system’s warranty with you.
